30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Retailanchor LLC, we stand behind the quality of our digital products and services. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the product or if it does not perform as described.

Eligibility for Refunds

Because our products are digital (software, templates, and subscription access), there is no physical item to return. To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must submit your request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
  • In some cases, for technical issues, we may ask for a screenshot or description of the error to help us improve the product, though this is not a barrier to your refund.

If your refund request is accepted (which is standard under our 30-day guarantee), we will process the refund immediately. You do not need to send anything by mail.

Damages and Technical Issues

If you experience trouble accessing your digital content, download links, or account dashboard, please contact us immediately at contact@ithrill.net so that we can resolve the access issue. We can usually fix access problems within 24 hours.

Exceptions / Non-refundable items

  • Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on the purchase of gift cards.
  • Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to deny refunds to users who excessively request refunds or utilize the service in a manner that violates our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing account credentials).

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital content, you are entitled to a full refund. If you have accessed the service, you may still be eligible under our standard 30-day money-back guarantee mentioned above.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received your request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
